Here is Eleanor in her 4th of July "antlers" as she calls them. I took the time to explain to her why we celebrate Independence Day on July 4th. When it was her turn to pray, she said "thank you that we don't have to be ruled by England anymore." Why do they always say stuff like that during prayers - it makes it really hard to keep a straight face! :)
The fireworks we enjoyed from the trail right behind our house. This one below looks just like palm trees, no? Happy 4th of July!

Tell Eleanor I'm glad we don't have to be ruled by England anymore, too! (Don't want to be ruled by Obama either, though.) I'm so grateful for the freedoms we DO have! Count blessings every day!
