Big Muscles
We got our first real shovel-worthy snow of the season today and guess who was out shoveling for our family? Ok, I did a little to get Eleanor out the door for school, but this afternoon she picked up the shovel and pretty much did the rest. Look a those big muscles. She was heartily rewarded for her child-labor with plenty of hot chocolate. :)

That seems so much like Gavin- start teaching those kids how to work, even if it is at the age of 5. Did you say that you were out doing some shoveling? I mean come on girl- there are some things you don't have to do when you are 6 months pregnant.

I'm glad Eleanor enjoyed doing it! She really is a good helper. We also had snow this morning, but it didn't last long and all melted away before noon. I does help me feel more in a Christmasy mood! "Over the ground lies a mantle of white..."
I am just so happy it finally snowed!!!
